Battery of Life healing immediately, supposed to heal at 75%, described in the hover over as healing at 75%.
1. take RA BOL
2. group with at least one other person
3. activate BOL and have group take less than 75% dmg
fix RA BOL so it does not heal group prior to 75% damage
I took the RA Battery of Life have tested it multiple times, it immediately heals group members.
