According to Patch note 1.53 Shamans get introduced single target and group target Endurance buffs. (yellow and red are group based).
Patch 1.53 notes:
- Added a new endurance regen buff to the Shaman Augmentation spec:
2 Minor Earth Invigoration (single target)
12 Lesser Earth Invigoration (single target)
22 Earth Invigoration (single target)
32 Greater Earth Invigoration (group target)
42 Superior Earth Invigoration (group target)
Please note that the two highest spells in the new Shaman Earth Invigoration line are in a separate line. You will keep Earth Invigoration for buffing realm allies not in your group.

2. Buffing with endurance is concentration based and does not go to group
3. change to concentration rules on shamans endurance spell.
concentration rules on lvl 32 and 43 endu is character based and not group based.
according to patch notes it should be group based and not take so much concentration.
