When casting the Eldritch spell "Sphere of Negation" the caster receives the error message "Your area target is out of range. Select a closer target" when the target is at minimum range.
1. Pull a mob to point blank
2. Attempt to cast Sphere of Negation
3. Receive error message
Spell should hit aoe targets at all ranges from 0 to 1500
