3977: Mobs "merrow" are not spawning on merrow island

Description

The only mobs spawning on merrow island, connla (7k 34k) are water beetles, night OR day.
I did try and kill some of the beetles to force a spawn at around noon (ingame), didn't work.

Reproduction Steps

1. ride to connla
2. swin to the merrow island
3. check their spawn, day /night

Intended Behavior

During daytime, there should be merrow spawning aswell as a named one (seary).
