3978: Iron Ram Beak Requires 163 Iron but Recipe Says 140

Description

I attempted to craft Iron Ram Beaks. The recipe says 140 Iron Bars. When I went to craft, it says I needed 163 Iron Bars.

I bought an extra 23 Iron Bars (to a total of 163) and the craft ate all 163 bars.

Reproduction Steps

1. Have 500+ Weaponcrafting
2. Find a forge
3. Attempt to craft an Iron Ram Beak with 140 iron bars.

Intended Behavior

Reduce the # of bars required to craft Iron Ram Beaks from 163 to 140 to match the recipe.

Evidence

I attempted to craft the recipe for what the recipe says and it failed. I needed to buy additional bars.

Please, either update the recipe or the coding.
