When taking frontier keeps, no RPs are granted for anyone, not the group who claimed the keep, not for players inside the keep when the lord was killed, no one.
1. Capture a keep (kill the keep lord)
2. See that no RPs were awarded

Please give a small amount of RPs (250 or 500) for all players inside the keep when the Lord is killed. This will encourage more players to be active in the frontier zones. This worked well on live and in Uthgard 1.0
I have no proof, however it DID encourage more players to be active in the fromtier zones in Uthgard 1.0
