In the Hib quest Youth Gone Wrong, Mandra in Mag Mell (quest giver) says she needs protection, then says, "Look they're coming!". Nothing ever comes, and the quest cant be completed. The is unable to be dropped.
1. Get Youth Gone Wrong quest in Mag Mell
2. Advance the quest chat to the point where Mandra says, "they're coming"
3. Nothing ever comes, quest log says to protect Mandra from the villiainous youths.
Villainous youths should spawn at the point in the quest where Mandra says "they're coming". Killing a villainous youth should complete the quest.
