4003: Lethargy Poison does not Stack with Attack Speed debuff styl

Description

The Lethargy Poison is supposed to stack with attack speed debuff styles.
However when I apply it on enemy who already got attack speed debuffed (Achilles Heel/ Basiliskfang) it says "already has that effect, wait until it expires"

I even tested it in a duel and it reportedly does not stack, as it should

Reproduction Steps

1. Change lethargy poison to stack with attack speed debuff styles

Intended Behavior

Lethargy Poison should not be seen as a competitor to any attack speed debuff style, but as an additional attack speed debuff!

Evidence

I can make screenshots of the "Already has that effect"-Message, but I refuse to use this poison until it is fixed ;)
