When drawing a bow then cancelling it instantly, you still get spell cooldown for the duration that you would get if you actually shot the bow.
1. Ranger with spells.
2. Draw bow and move instantly after to cancel it.
3. Try to cast spell.
The cooldown should only be triggered if the bow has been fired.
