4009: Iron ram beak has incorrect crafting cost

Description

The iron ram beak has an incorrect cost to craft on Midgard as compared to the delve value. The delve states the cost is 140 iron bars, but actually costs 163 iron metal bars.

Reproduction Steps

1. Delve the iron ram beak. Notice the cost is 140 iron bars.
2. Attempt to craft the iron ram beak. The actual craft cost is 163 iron bars.

Intended Behavior

The actual craft cost should be updated to 140 bars.
