Description

Quest giver Silvertone (in the bar at Vasudheim) doesn't give the quest/

Reproduction Steps

1. talk to Silvertone in the bar at Vasudheim
2. notice the quest isn't offered
3. /cry

Intended Behavior

This quest, from 2002 Quest contest, gives us a reason to kill, among other mobs, the Raumarik Revenant.

Please implement the quest.
