When i use my strenght / const debuff and attack the target immediatly their healthpool is not reduced. When i use debuff const & attack, the target take damage, but health remain 100%. It works correctly if you wait 3 sec between debuff & attack.
- as an example - Someone has 1k3 hp you debuff they should be at 1000hp ( due to 300hp lose from const debuff ), so 100% hp is 1000hp but they still have 1k3 even if it is displayed 1000 in their stat window. The first 300 damage you do to them don't lower their healt they remain at 100% if you hit them for 250 they still have 100% hp, and a total of 1050hp where they should be at 75% with 750hp.
I tried it in duel with a friend and i had to do more damage than what was displayed in their stats window to kill them, they did not lose health with the const debuff. He had 1K3 health before debuff & 1k1 after debuff, to kill him i had to do 1k3 damage.
If you wait a few sec between debuff & attack it work correctly but if you attack them within a sec they will never lose health with the const debuff.
1. Use champion strenght/const debuff on enemy player
2. attack instantly after you cast the debuff
3. look at enemy health bar
The target of the debuff should lose health instantly due to const debuff.
The health part should work instantly not trigger only if the target was not hit for a few sec.
