4016: Bow's range is short and not influed by high position

Description

Noticed (in rvr principally cause in pve we're kinda breaindead) that bow's range is not like it were in live at this patch:

At 1.65, the higher elevation we get the farest we can shoot with bows.
So while camping a hill, you were able to shoot really faster that we are in Uthgard right now.

Also , the range of bow seems to be 1500 right now wich is pretty short even with max range arrows.


just watch some old vidéos on youtube from archer like Lukiel or Quivna and you will obviously notice the difference.

Reproduction Steps

1. Get a hill and a grave to target
2. set up a groundset to 1500 (near the grave)
3. try to shoot it from the ground and from the hill (no advantage from the hill, it's still 1500 range)

Intended Behavior

Increase archery range or fixe the elevation range bonus.

(in fact, even from ground, archery range is really, really short compared to what it was on live on the same patch)
