4028: chain armor as chain weapon when you "scan" item

Description

shimmering bluntbender light war crown when I scan over the item with my mouse it says "chain weapon" but it is actually a chain crown - item delves correct

Reproduction Steps

1. have the item in the inventory
2. scroll over the item with mouse and notice it says weapon
3. view item to note it is a piece of armor

Intended Behavior

the scan item view should say chain armor instead of chain weapon

Evidence

a piece of armor should not be reported as a weapon
