It looks like the guards protecting APK in emain ( not sure about other frontiers )Attack people WAAAAY too far away preventing players from getting close to the keep when compared to other realms.
1. walk slowly up to apk as an enemy
2. notice you can't get close before getting nuked.

distance needs to be reduced. Once you see how far away they can hit you, you will know it is incorrect.
