While building my Template i always use the webarchive from around 09/2003 to make sure, that the items i use got the correct stats.

So now, my Question is:
was there any Change between 09+10/2003 for upgrade Malm Dragon Items we are not aware of? I wonder, that this Dragon items, are not fitting to zam links
I wrote a PN to Blue to ask, and he said: looks legit, but Dragon was not his job so he cant really say it.
I would love to know, if the stats on the Bracer will get changed to 09/2003 link or if they will stay. It not that i like to waste a full MP Set at the end. So i decide to write this tracker, to find out, if i can build with 30 30 30 or not :)
Will Items in those case changed retroactive for existing one? Will it stay on 30 30 30 for any upgrade between both zam Archive?
A clear response from GM who did the Dragon Loot would be nice to get.

2. Check the stats 30 30 30
3. Check the webarchive Link from 2003 http://web.archive.org/web/20030917111237/http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=9594
compare with the Link from 2004: http://web.archive.org/web/20040313100658/http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=9594
and decide if it will get changed, or not. I didnt find any evidence, that there was an upgrade for dragon items between 09+10 / 2003 and blue told me all before 10/03 looks legit.
Make this decision please public, so we can build with this item without fear, to waste a full template over it
