The minstrel epic armor, called "Coruscating Harmony" (any piece) cannot be salvaged, but it should be.
1. get a minstrel epic armor suit
2. try to salvage it
3. realise you can't
Please, make the minstrel epic armor salvage-able, as it should be at this patch level.
I tried this in-game with my minstrel epic armor. It won't be salvaged.
