The mob is not spawning. Cannot complete the Academy epic line without this mob.
1. Show up at Legionaire fort in Cornwall
2. Wait for mob
3. Recognize it isn't spawning.
Get the mob to spawn? Or remove the step from the Academy Epic. I have no clue best way to make it work.
I have confirmed from multiple people in game they have not seen this mob in a while.
