Vengeful Sword has the wrong stats. I believe it is missing a proc as the Vengeful Great Sword does have a proc.
I believe that ZAM has been used to set the swords stats. However I believe that this is in error because if you look at the screenshot of the swords stats it has a proc.
1. Go to Cursed Toomb.
2. Kill "Draug Warriors" till one drops a "Vengeful Sword" and "Vengeful Great Sword".
3. Compare the stats and see that the 1h sword does not have a proc.
The Vengeful Sword should have the same proc as the Vengeful Great Sword:

Damage: 41
Target: Targgetted
Range: 1350
Casting time: 3.0 sec
Damage: Heat
- Spell has a chance of casting when this weapon strikes the enemy.
