in cursed forrest/hibernia near the loc 47 13 normally spawns 2 far dorochas (orange for lv50) and 2 spectral manslayers (yellow for lv 50)...i killed all 4 mobs yesterday and no respawn since this...was reporting that in forum and blue told to set a issue report

mob should respawn in some minutes, not days ;)...
