4134: Red Dagger (Level 25) Chisler's Venom not dropping.

Description

I couldn't complete my 25 epic because one of the quest items would not drop from a mob. (Chisler) I killed around 10 of them, and no drop.

Reproduction Steps

1. Start Red Dagger (Level 25)
2. Step #11 Kill mobs: Chisler, Flurry, and Cold Light
3. See if quest items drop.

Intended Behavior

Mob "Chisler" Should drop Chisler Venom. deeeeeee.

Evidence

I killed around 10 or so, and the venom never dropped.
