Wind ghouls do spawn as resolved in #3077 by Gnome, however, the Enchanted Wind Ghoul (quest mob) does not spawn at all.
1. Check due south of the Darkness Falls portal
2. Look for the Enchanted Wind Ghoul
3. Confirm the spawn of the Enchanted Wind Ghoul
Could you please check and/or confirm the spawn of the Enchanted Wind Ghoul?

After checking all the wind ghouls over a 3 day/night cycle period, and witnessing other players farming the wind ghouls, the Enchanted Wind Ghoul never appeared anywhere near or around that area, south of the Darkness Falls portal in Connacht.
