4150: Quest: Traveler's Way-Supply Run - wrong NPC behaviour

Description

Concerning: Nekro-Epic lvl7 "Traveler's Way - Supply Run"

Lady Aelawen at Prydwen Brige should escort you to West Downs after talking to her. She even states this in her dialogue, but does not start her move.

Reproduction Steps

1. Start Quest
2. Talk to Lady Aelawen
3. See her not escorting you

Intended Behavior

Lady Aelawen should move to West Downs to Commander Blaen where you finish your Quest.
