special mobs can yell for help, such as svartalfs at Spindelhalla entrance. On live you will get a meeage in combat chat
1. attack a svartslf
2. wait for surrounding svartalfs attack you
3. check combat chat
There should be a message in combat chat like
"The Svartalf thrall yells for help"
