It's very simple,
Each resist on my charm pulse freeze the mob for 0.5ish sec.
It "seems" it doesn't happen when the pet is fighting.
When mob isn't fighting but trying to follow the minstrel (mentalist?), each resist will freeze him.
A full resist spam ? Mob won't move at all.
This bug appeared 2 or 3 weeks ago, never had this problem before.
This bug can be abused, when you charm a big pet like levian or telamon just spam a bit more than usual to keep him far behind, easier to click targets.
1. Charm a mob close from your charm cap (to get a big resist rate, easier to test)
2. Put the pet on follow, and spam charm a bit
3. Look each resist freeze mob on the ground.
A pulsed charm pet should follow his "master" without problem.
Resist to the charm should not "freeze" the mob.
