In epic quest red dagger lvl 15 you should go at southwest of east svealand to kill joseph damr, but you can find the npc only in mirkwood forest on the hill near gna faste. After killed him you didn't receive the dagger to complete the quest. also the quest is unremoveble.
1. make a kald lvl 15
2. take the quest
3. try to kill joseph damr and see if the quest continue or not
relocate joseph damr and give him the red dagger to drop to continue the quest
