I have been leveling in the frontier. I noticed I get a straight 10% exp bonus no matter where I am. There should be a 20% bonus when killing mobs near a keep owned by your guild. I tested this out. Killing leprechauns near Dagda gave me a 10% frontier exp bonus. My guild had Dun Crimm. I went and killed undead invaders just south of there (the nearest mobs) and still only received a 10% exp bonus.
1. Kill mobs in frontier far away from a keep your guild owns and note the exp bonus
2. Kill mobs close to a keep your guild owns. Note there is no increase in exp.

There should be an exp bonus when fighting mobs near a keep your guild owns more than the standard frontier bonus.
The best way to check this is to do it yourself. Note no difference in exp bonus.
