When casting the spell restrain spirit on midgard healer, i only get agro about 30% of the time. Its happened on the entire line as I've leveled.
1. create a level 32 healer with 26 points in PAC
2. cast restrain spirit on yellow and orange mobs about 100 times
3. Track the percentage of agro pulled
either no agro is pulled or agro pulled evertime the spell is cast.
If the mechanics are such that agro only gets pulled 30% of the time thats pretty lame, but fine just cancel the issue report. If they are supposed to pull agro everytime like they used to then it needs fixed.
