barkeepers should be able to tell me about quests i can do
when i remember right, there were never issues to this feature on live
1. visit any barkeeper
2. try to talk with him about NEWS or ADVENTURES
After clicking at ADVENTURES, the barkeeper should show me a list of quest givers and where they are to find. For quests i haven't accepted yet.
