The Touch of Amadan Duhb Quest can not be continued at Step 7 (bringing Bria in Stabel East Lough Derg the cure directions ) because she is not there any more. Also Davian (other NPC) is gone. Both where there in a previous Quest Step.
1.Start the Quest "The Touch of Amadan Duhb" and do all Steps till you need to bring Bria the Cure directions (quest item).
2.Go back to the Stabel East Lough Derg and find both Quest NPCs gone.
Bring the Quest in Line with the Steps so Player know what to do.
From the Comments and the text on Allakhazam it seem the Quest was at some point changed and the Step of going back to Bria removed. Instead the needed Items could be collected directly after receiving the cure directions.
Then the Journal would need to tell Players which Mobs to kill and where to bring Drops.

Quest is not in Line with the Journal Informations if Brea vanished from East Lough Derg and can not be continued. Might be broken because the quest was changed some time, removing that Step.
