All stones are inactive in Quoile or Staigue. When you try to pick up the lot stone, it only states that this can not be picked up
1. Go to Quoile or Staigue
2. Double click on the lot stone
3. Error message "You can't get that"
Activate the lot stones so that we can buy a house lot and place a house on the lot.
Looking through other issue trackers I recognized one case, that is now resolved with the result being activating the house lots. : 4033
