The "Boots of the Forlorn" chain boots from "Tomb of Mithra" have two +Dex entries in the bonuses. One for Dex +5 and another for Dex +3.
1. Kill things in Mithra
2. Get "Boots of the Forlorn" drop.
3. Look at the stats
I am not sure what the correct stats should be, but having two entries for Dex seems incorrect.
It might not be a bug--maybe it is intentional, but it doesn't make any sense ;)
