Description

The Base Factor is 102. In Uthgard 2.0 it is 100. The item is Twiling Tiara, chain helm dropped in SH.

Reproduction Steps

1. Right click on item
2. Go down stats area
3. Read the Base Factor, it is 100

Intended Behavior

Fix the Base Factor of the item.
