The whole math of 10% RvR zone bonus and the 40% keep owner bonus are absolutely wrong.

I killed a mob from this position, the keep I showed in the distance is owned by our guild.
Here are the values from the screenshot:
12,734,708 XP (This should be 40%)
4,457,147 (This should be 10%)
49,028,626 (Base value + Camp bonus)
10,612,257 (Camp Bonus)
Now lets do some math:
10% of 49,028,626 XP should be 4,902,862 XP instead of 4,457,147 XP. A deficit of 445,715 XP
40% of 49,028,626 XP should be 19,611,450 XP instead of 12,734,708 XP. A deficit of 6,876,742 XP
So this is clearly wrong. But I don't give up yet, let's try another option. We use the base value minus the camp bonus (even tho this makes no sense whatsoever, just for fun)
49,028,626 XP - 10,612,257 XP = 38,416,369 XP
10% of 38,416,369 XP should be 3,841,636 XP instead of 4,457,147 XP. A surplus of 615,511 XP
40% of 38,416,369 XP should be 15,366,547 XP instead of 12,734,708 XP. A deficit of 2,631,839 XP
This is clearly wrong again. But I don't give up yet, I heard that there is a "hidden modifier" based on your level. Now it gets a little tricky but not impossible. If there is a hidden modifier based on the level it should be the same for the 10% and the 40% bonus, right?
So all we need to do now is to add a 0 to the 10% to get the hidden base XP value. Then we can see if the 40% match to this. Let's do it!
4,457,147 XP * 100% = 44,571,470 XP
40% of 44,571,470 XP should be 17,828,588 XP instead of 12,734,708 XP. A deficit of 5,093,880 XP
It is still wrong. At this point I give up. The values make no sense whatsoever, nothing matches at all. I don't know how the bonus is calculated but it seems very wrong and it is clearly illusive to the normal player as the values shown in the chat don't make sense at all.
Please fix this or at least provide a reasonable explanation and a fix for the numbers shown in the chat.
