Even with Penetrating Arrow II it never poped a bladeturn. Penetrating Arrow has 75% chance of penetrating bladeturn.
1. Use Critical Shot with any archery class against a mage class with the spell bladeturn
2. See how often bladeturn spell is getting penetrated

It should penetrate bladeturn like it is writen in the describtion. Check the penetrating arrow ability or the bladeturn spell.
Tested it with a level 50 Mentalist in duel. Even with a 75% chance of penetrating not a single arrow was able to penetrate the bladeturn (nearly 50 arrows fired).
