a "copper spinel bracelet" dropped off a mob and it shows as a level 0 magical item, i believe it should just be junk loot.
1. create a "copper spinel bracelet".
2. verify it's bugged item type.
3. change it to a regular junk item.
just change the "copper spinel bracelet" item type to be a regular junk item
