With 13 Points in Pathfinding you get an STR Buff "Fortification of Will" with +20 STR but, here you only get 16. This is wrong.
1. You have a Ranger level 13
2. Put 13 Points in Pathfinding
3. Cast Fortification of Will, you will see now, that you only get 16 STR instead of 20
Fortifiction of Will should be set to 20 STR, no other modifications needed
