Roots/Instaroot in Rvr seem to be broken.
The effect seems to be reapplied while immunities are in place in rvr.
1. Have druid instaroot
2. Purge/determination
3. Bug may be random in nature but multiple reports of entering a screeching halt.
I dont know coding. reinspect how insta cc (root) is interecting with determination and purge effects
1 Minute immunities after breaking out of a cc effect is begun but seems to ignore in mid combat.
