I created a 'heartwood Heavy Short Bow' and tried to give it to Armin, but 'Armin doesn't want this item!'. Note the difference in case with what the task asked for and what was made. I'm not sure if this is significant or not.
1. Become a Fletcher at around 515 level and request a task from Arziqua.
2. This is a Hibernia task in Tir na Nog.
