4330: Animist Tangler cast time incorrect

Description

Uthgard has the cast time for Animist Arboreal Specialization Path Tangler turret spell as 5 seconds.

Reproduction Steps

1. The 5 second cast time is listed in the spell description
2. Cast Tangler Sapling to see that the spell takes 5 seconds.

Intended Behavior

I believe the Tangler turret spells in the Animist Arboreal Path Specialization should be 2.5 seconds.

Evidence

Nixian DAoC Uthgard Charbuilder has the casting time as 2.5 seconds for Tangler Sapling.

I also have the Prima Official Strategy Guide for Dark Age of Camelot Shrouded Isles which shows the casting time for Tangler Sapling as 3 seconds.

Allakhazam has Tangler Sapling cast time as 2.5 seconds.

The DAoC official site does currently show the cast time for Tangler Sapling as 5 seconds. So that is probably how you determined the cast time on Uthgard.
