On Mimir's protection, Step#8:
You receive from Mimi an Odin's eye you're supposed to wear before going further.
I received the eye but cannot wear it.
1. Go to step8 of Mimir's Protection
2. Give mimi the eye
3. Try to wear the Odin's Eye Item she gives back
You should be able to equip it. I tried all inventory slots and it's not working. The item can't be equiped
I asked other Shamans who told me they have been able to wear it.
