i had group with a aug healer. During fight i activated dam add song. After fight i waiterd till speed song from the healer popped up, then activated my speed song. it will take several seconds till my speed song starts.
1. Have group with an aug healer
2. Fight a mob/player
3. Wait for aug healer's speed is affecting you
4. Activate song of travel
skald speed should affect me instantly as the healer speed shows me that i'm out of combat
the healer speed has the same combat timer as the skald speed
