0438: "Realm" button not functioning @ Char Select (no chars)

Description

Switching from Hib to Mid. Deleted all characters. "Realm" button not functioning.

Reproduction Steps

1. Login on Fresh Account
2. Select Realm
3. Create any character
4. Delete said character
5. Try to use the "realm" button to switch to another realm.

Intended Behavior

The realm button should take you to the realm selection screen.
