Description

Today i, necromancer 32, killed a arachite conscript (orange to me) in Thidranki and got a Lashed Web Helm (AF 34, chain armor = level 17).
It can also drop ~level 33 rog items

Reproduction Steps

1. Kill arachite conscripts till it drops level 17 items

Intended Behavior

the mob should not drop level 17 items
