4398: ENCHANTER PET HEAL PROC HEALS NOT SHOWN

Description

i noticed when playing my enchanter that the heal proc buffs aren't showing the amount healed when it goes off.

Reproduction Steps

1. cast enchantment buff on pet in my case "splendorous armor"
2. wait for heal animation to go off when pulling
3. notice that pet health goes up but no text in chat channels

Intended Behavior

this can be fixed by adding text showing that pet gets healed when the proc goes off.

Evidence

i couldn't find any evidence but i'm assuming text should show that pet gets healed when heal proc goes off.
