the Friar RA Reflex Attack does not do anything on activation.

1. Make a Friar with at least 14 RA points
2. Buy Reflex Attack
3. Activate and see that it does not hit your attackers back.

i heard this RA worked on Uth1, so maybe you can get all the needed data from your old code.
Description of this RA:
For 30 seconds, you will automatically counter-attack any melee attack immediately, with no timer. There is no limit to the number of attackers you can potentially Reflex Attack – any player or monster who attacks you will receive an immedate counter attack.
Works against attacks from all 360 degrees. 30sec duration.
