Garden items in housing will not rotate - it does work inside the house but not on garden decorations.
This is not a critical issue, just can't make things face the direction you want.
1. go to kaupang in midgard housing and buy a house
2. buy garden decoration and try to rotate it's orientation
3.
Shift right click should work on the garden ornaments to rotate them.
Have had to other people try it at the guild house with no success and I purchase ornaments at my personal house and they would not rotate either.
