Description

Hill Scrag (level range 34-37) in Pennine Mountains (35716,63319,7090) dropped level 16 item: "Bounder Fur Mantle". This item doesn't seem to belong in the loot table for a mob of this level.

Reproduction Steps

1. find Hill Scrag in Pennine Mountains (35716,63319,7090)
2. kill Hill Scrag
3. pick up loot

Intended Behavior

remove item from loot table for Hill Scrag in Pennine Mountains (35716,63319,7090); ensure item levels in loot table are appropriate for level range 34-37
