Minstrel's pets should not get out of CC when they are released. I do not see why would a charmed pet break out of mezz when they are released by their owner.
1. Create a Minstrel, charm a pet.
2. Ask someone to CC you and the pet.
3. Release your pet and watch the pet break out of mezz.
Minstrel's charmed pets should stay under CC even if they release the pet.
I do not have any evidence except the one that everytime i encounter a minstrel in game, they abuse this command to break out of CC.
