4446: 2672 Continued, STT still broken VS Minstrel

Description

2672 Continued, STT vs minstrel still disabling minstrel ability to release pet and break STT.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make mins and mentalist
2. cast stt on mins pet
3. now mins cannot release pet or do anything else with pet

Intended Behavior

The minstrel should be able to release the pet and break the STT. Once this has happened the minstrel should be able to recharm and gain full normal functionality back from the pet.
